two This residence is a wonderful location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it's in extreme need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Preceding reviews stated the outdoor spigot not working - it is still not working. So the house obtained lots of sand in it.
We experienced an incredible time! Amethyst Dunes was the ideal little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location around the beach was well worthwhile!
4 The owner replaced the refrigerator because our last stay two years back, which was needed. I feel that the residence owner needs to address several troubles. The main complaint that I have with the property is the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of these really need to get replaced. The door which is used the most (from the dwelling/kitchen area area to your rear deck) is extremely tough to open.

Everything worked, it felt safe, plus the location was awesome, nonetheless it's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain way too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much from the furnishings, etc.

I loved that there have been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grownups who would like to travel alongside one another. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not lease it again or propose it to a buddy.
